Grilled red grouper


We need: 1 large grouper, primrose, olive oil, garlic, salt.


Scorpions remove the head, clean of scales and entrails. Wash it well. Be careful not to get stabbed because it has sharp scales. Cut it across so that it bakes better. Salt it.

Mix olive oil, chopped parsley and garlic, pour this marinade over it.

And during baking, coat it with this marinade to keep the meat juicy.

Serve with potato salad or chard.
