Mackerel on the grill


We need one Mackerel per person, lemon juice, a bunch of parsley, olive oil, salt.


Clean the mackerel, wash it, dry it with a napkin and salt it. In a bowl, mix olive oil and finely chopped parsley.

Coat the mackerel inside and out and let it stand for a while.

Meanwhile, light the grill well. While baking the mackerel, smear it with olive oil and lemon juice.

When it is baked, add a little pepper.

Serve with potato salad.
