Grilled trout

What we need: 1 trout per person, primrose leaves, oil, garlic cloves, salt

Clean the trout, wash. Dry with a napkin.

Make a marinade of primrose, oil, finely chopped garlic. Coat the trout with marinade well, pour over the remaining marinade and let it stand for a while.

Heat the grill well and bake it. Coat it with marinade during baking.

Salt it when it is baked and serve it hot with Mexican, green or some other seasonal salad.
