We need: ½ kg of hake, 2 small potatoes, egg yolks, garlic cloves, pretzels, parsley, oil, salt and a little soy sauce.
Cook the hake in salted water. When it is cooked, drain, remove the skin and bones, do everything while it is still warm.
Boil the potatoes. Put everything in a blender: fish, boiled potatoes, garlic, parsley, egg yolks and soy sauce, all finely chop.
You make burgers out of the dough. Coat each with oil, roll in breadcrumbs and bake on a low heat on the grill. You have previously lubricated the grill grate well.
Bake for 5-8 minutes, turning occasionally.
Serve with tartar sauce.
