What we need:
4 turkey steaks,young cheese for spreading, 1 tomato, 2 sprigs of thyme, salt and pepper.
Wash and dry the meat. Beat it with a meat pestle, pepper and salt. Cover and let stand for up to half an hour.
Tomatoes cut into rings. Wash thyme and tear it into strips. Slightly coat each steak with spreadable cheese, place a tomato roll and thyme over each. Carefully wrap the steak in a roll that you will fasten with toothpicks so that the contents do not leak out during baking.
Light and grease the grill and bake for about 10 minutes, turning occasionally.
Serve with green or some other seasonal salad. As a side dish, you can serve mashed potatoes, spinach, peas.
