We need: 4 turkey steaks, 4 slices of ham, 4 slices of Emmentaler cheese, nutmeg
Beat the turkey steak with a meat pestle. Place a slice of ham and cheese on the first half of the steak. Fold the other half of the steak over the first half as if making a packet. Connect the ends with toothpicks. Sprinkle the steak with nutmeg, salt and pepper.
Grill on each side for between 3-5 minutes. You turn the steak only once, when the upper side turns white.
Serve with Viennese sauce.
