We need: 500 g of turkey fillet, 100 g of canned corn, 100 g of fresh small tomatoes, 150 g of fresh bell peppers, 200 g of zucchini, a tablespoon of spices, 2 tablespoons of olive oil.
Cut the turkey fillet into cubes, put it in a bowl, add the spice and 2 tablespoons of olive oil, mix well by hand.
Cover the dish and leave in the cold for about 1 hour.
Cut the fresh bell peppers into cubes, peel the zucchini and cut it into rings.
Arrange marinated meat, tomatoes, peppers, corn cob and zucchini on the grill sticks. Always end with a cube of turkey meat. Bake the skewer on a well-heated and greased grill for about 10 minutes, turning evenly.
