Grilled chicken


We need: 1 chicken of medium weight approximately 1.5 kg, pepper, salt, butter.


Remove the wings and thighs from the chicken and cut it in half lengthwise from the back. Cut off the spine and remove all the bones, back, chest, bones from the carapace. Only meat should remain. Be careful that the halves do not fall apart. Beat the meat with a meat pestle.

Add pepper, salt and a little butter. Bake on a heated and greased grill for 10 minutes, occasionally grease with butter and turn the side.

Serve with cheese or sour cream sauce and mayonnaise. Pleasant!
