What we need: ½ kg of chicken breast, 200 g of bacon, 200 g of ham, juice of one lemon, clove of garlic, 1 dl of oil, spice.
Cut the meat into larger cubes. Make a topping in a bowl: pour oil, juice of one lemon, crushed garlic, spice, pepper. Mix everything well.
Coat the meat with this dressing. Cut the ham and bacon into cubes. Arrange a piece of bacon on the skewer wire, then a piece of ham and a piece of meat, then bacon and ham again.
When you have prepared all the skewers in this way, brush them with the remaining topping and let them stand for a while.
Bake them on a hot and greased grill. Turn them over and occasionally coat with the topping you have left.
Serve with some topping as desired.
