Viennese sauce

2 tablespoons flour
1/2 dl white wine
1 tablespoon oil
1/2 dl of water
1 apple
ground dry sweet pepper, salt

Heat the oil in a pan, then add the flour. Fry, then add the ground dry sweet pepper. Then add wine and water, salt and cook a little more. Add the chopped and peeled apple to the sauce, boil a little and leave on warm until serving.
