3 roots of fresh horseradish
1 sour cream
1 tablespoon flour
50g vinegar, salt
Pour sour cream and a spoonful of flour into a heated pan. Stir occasionally, when the mass boils, remove from the heat.
Add grated horseradish, butter and vinegar to the mass. Stir, add salt and return to the heat. Wait for it to boil and remove from the stove.
A phenomenal side dish with meat.
