Mushroom topping


This dressing goes best with chicken drumsticks.


We need:
300g mushrooms
1 onion
1dl white wine
1 cup sour cream
1 tablespoon flour
50g butter
Salt


Simmer the finely chopped onion briefly in butter, then add the sliced champignons, add salt and simmer together for about 5 minutes.


Then add flour and wine, and after two minutes sour cream.
Boil for two minutes.
