This topping goes best with a chicken grill.
125ml olive oil
3 cloves garlic
4 tablespoons ketchup
250g feta cheese
1 tablespoon vinegar
Put feta cheese in a bowl, and mash it well with a fork. Add finely chopped garlic. Stir everything.
Put everything in a blender, add olive oil, ketchup and vinegar and mix. Add salt and pepper.
Pour into a serving bowl and sprinkle with crumbled feta cheese.
