1/2 kg of fresh tomatoes
1/2 kg zucchini
1 tablespoon flour
1/2 teaspoon turmeric (curcuma)
1 liter of soup
Butter, pepper, salt
Fry the chopped onion and chopped zucchini in butter for about 5 minutes until the zucchini are soft.
Add chopped tomatoes and flour. Fry for a few minutes, add turmeric and soup.
Cover and cook on low heat for about 30 minutes.
Then beat with a hand mixer or blender, strain and season.
