Generous appetizer: Russian salad

1 smaller chicken, weighing up to 1 kg
200 g of ham
200 g of carrots
200 g peas
2-3 potatoes
1 head of celery
200 g of cauliflower
2 pickles
250 g of mayonnaise

Cook the chicken, cool it, clean it of bones and the meat is true.
Finely chop the ham. Cook the greens and drain well from the water, cut them into cubes, also chop two cucumbers.

Separate one cup from the mayonnaise, and dilute the rest a little with lukewarm water. Stir in the green, ham and chicken into this diluted part.

Serve the salad on a round shallow plate. Drizzle it with the mayonnaise you separated.
Garnish with radishes, olives and primrose leaves.

With this salad you can fill boiled eggs or tomatoes and also serve as an appetizer.
